The crash bars are extremely high quality, thick, and provide a ton of coverage. Have thankfully not crash-tested them. I’m a rookie mechanic and while it did take some sweat, I was able to install the crash bars without assistance. Really nice bars and they look fantastic on my 2012 Tiger roadie. One thing to pay attention to – the bars are slightly more than 1” in diameter, so if you’re planning on mounting aux lights they may not fit on the bars. The Baja designs lights I got wouldn’t quite mount to the bars and had to be relocated, and I feel like a lot of lights are designed to mount to 1” max bars. Not really an issue, just something to keep in mind.
