Movement not currently working, it seems fully wound, no stem is present but tried to wind using the ratchet wheel. Dial and hands present with some marks to the dial. The balance on the movement is good and does swing freely with air applied, the pallet moves but escape wheel is stuck and tries to move but does not tick. Selling for repair or parts, dial measures 29.5mm.
